About Hamed Wardak
Growing up in Pakistan and the United States, Hamed Wardak was educated with both cultures but today he lives in Miami. In 1997, Mr. Wardak received his BA in Government and Political Theory at Georgetown University, Washington D.C. where he graduated Valedictorian. He then became a Rhodes Scholar.
Wardak is the President and CEO of of Ludus Athletics, “a lifestyle apparel brand at the forefront of the active wear fashion industry, being socially and environmentally conscious.” The clothing seeks to “inspire athletes to embody a soldier’s tenacity, a general’s leadership, an artist’s vision, and a scholar’s insight.”
Wardak also founded the Fedayeen-e-Sol movement, a multi-ethnic civil society movement that acts on behalf of Afghanistan national and governmental reform using non-violent means.
