Hamed Wardak and the Blue Key Campaign

As CEO and founder of Ludus Athletics, Hamed Wardak understands the importance of keeping fit.  Ludus Athletics was designed to encourage individuals in sporting activities, give back to the community – especially refugees – through charitable events (such as The Blue Key Campaign) and generally developing a healthier lifestyle.

There are many ways to maintain and improve on your health and fitness.  One way of doing this is by consuming probiotics that maintains natural defenses and improves bacteria balance in the gastrointestinal tract.  Also, warm black tea is a great sickness deterrent – it shouldn’t just be consumed when one is sick but as a preventive measure as it is a great source of antioxidants. And while on the subject of antioxidants, blueberries are a powerful snack.

Of course, getting in shape by exercising is part of this plan too.  But it is also important to ensure that you’re not doing too much.  Be moderate; a daily cardiovascular workout is definitely good for a strong immune system but extreme exercise can increase the body’s vulnerability.
